We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or who provides inaccurate medical information. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically. Our pharmacist will review your consultation before any medication is dispensed.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may decline to issue or renew a prescription if we believe it is not in your best clinical interest. Prescriptions are valid for use only within our pharmacy service and cannot be transferred.
You must inform us of all current medications and medical conditions before and during treatment. It is your responsibility to keep your medical information up to date.
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and the Medicines Act 1968.
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. If you experience a fault or error on our part, please contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly.
